Add: COB compiler #4

Allow for compiling scripts into a COB file for C1 and C2 projects

A COB definitions file is probably required to allow for consistently compiling the file.

The file would need to label a removal script and install script for C1 and multiple ones for C2 I think.

Need to check out BOB-Cob and similar to see how they handle scripts and injection
