A colleague had a case which requires shuffling constraints (some plate locations are for controls) and multiple group variables for plate optimization.

We do not have, I believe, and example for this.

This would require manual two-step approach with:

usage of shuffle_with_constraints()
manual calling of mk_plate_scoring_functions()
