Make system assets kebab-cased, to match the other folders. #9

The docs are a little light on if they recommend TitleCasing, camelCasing or kebab-casing for naming things. The template had the SystemAssets folder title-cased, but the docs had everything lowercased.

I just... decided on kebab case. :D
