remove / ignore fbclid parameter #94

how to remove / ignore the fbclid parameter? should maybe be default since this break quite a lot of sites...

What is adding this parameter? If it's added from the system, then you can put it into predefined params without mapping, just like cHash example in the default conf.

facebook is adding this parameter while sharing the website...

Then it can't be removed using CoolUri.
