Problem/Concern

We need a single baseline set of principles in a single document that is not Sovrin specific. This will allow Utilities and Ecosystems to derive variations. Such a document should exist in the ToIP Foundation.

Proposed Solution

Work with the Utility Foundry Working Group @ ToIP Foundation.

@talltree We need to consider associating these Core Principles with a reference architecture in ToIP. This way Utilities can just point to a central model.

Now that ToIP has launched and the notion of a ToIP Interoperability Profile (TIP) has been established we will point to the TIP (i.e: celestial-tip) repo that has a CORE_PRINCIPLES document.

This issue must stay open until we collaborate with the celestial-tip repo team.
