[BBU] Join Process #22

Problem/Concern

The BBU-GF (and if applicable our website) MUST have a Join process whereby the Membership Application is available. This application form and process is the responsibility of the Membership Committee.

Proposed Solution

Create a Join page on the website, wiki or GF ...
