Problem/Concern

As the consortium is a non-profit public trust organization, would any revenue earned over and above the operational expenses be shared amongst Founding Stewards/Stewards? If yes, do we have clauses drafted for the revenue sharing agreement between the Consortium and Stewards?

Given our proposed approach as a LF Operational Project backed by a LF Directed Fund, this question requires input from the LF ( @scooter99boston )

If and when the Directed Fund Project is terminated or closed, what is the process for handing +/- balances in the Directed Fund account?
