Proposed Solution

Revise to imply the following:

• We need to consider incremental size of bod:

  • Goals: 25% of Stewards
  • Reqs: Maintain odd number of directors
  • Baselevel: 7
  • Cap: 15
  • Governance: Need guidance (rules) fro managing the pending directors list.

• The Ratio of Stewards to Directors is as follows:

7	25	0.28
9	36	0.25
11	44	0.25
13	52	0.25
15	60	0.25

• IMPORTANT: after the first year if membership hits 36 stewards the membership prices SHOULD be adjusted down.
