(Feature request) Pop!_OS strata

A Pop!_OS strata would be quite nice. Shouldn't be too complicated as the OS works pretty much the same as Ubuntu.

In the past I've been hesitant to add official brl fetch support for distros that use other distro mirrors. If I'm not mistake, Pop!_OS uses Ubuntu's mirrors. Bedrock's already a weird project in this regard, and I don't want to push things here and risk upsetting anyone with regards to the possibility of abusing their mirrors. That having been said, I'm not super firm on it; it's very possible I'll change my mind on this in the future.

Note that you can add Pop!_OS to Bedrock other ways, such as:

• brl fetch ubuntu'ing and adding the Pop!_OS PPA
• Hijacking a Pop!_OS install.
• Installing it in a VM and using the new (and under-documented and under-tested) brl import command.
• Finding some other way to get its files then manually adding it.

@felkr I want share with you my experience of using hijacked Pop!_OS 20.04 (and fetched Arch and Alpine). During software updates Pop! OS gives also their drivers. I installed something from those drivers and Linux Kernel updates and got the grub overwritten. So Bedrock can't boot and I used SupedGrubDisk sd-card to launch Bedrock-OS-selector menu. So that's my f*ck-up story...

I recommend SuperGrubDisk along with such Ubuntu apps like: grub-customizer 5.1.0 and boot-repair 4ppa130 if you want to use Pop!_os as a strata in Bedrock.
