feature request - add output for monitoring #76

I have now 4 servers synchronized by lsyncd. 3 servers are synchronizing its
content to server A and server A is synchronyzing its content to other three
servers. This configuration is working fine (not counting problem with
partially offline server, which is reported in #58).

My current request is to have some monitoring informations available in simple
format (lsyncd.status need a lot of parsing) for monitoring. I prefer zabbix
friendly connector, smtp or simple file output.

What I expect to be in monitoring:
 - Global sync status
 - per sync task status
 - number of global delays
 - number of delays per sync task
 - number of currently running sync processes
 - transfered bytes (probably very problematic)

Skipping for 2.0.5, will look later on this to support an existing monitoring
tools like zabbix.

Transferred bytes sure not going to make it. Lsyncd won't parse rsync output.

A logfile with the current SyncStatus would be very good. :)
