migrate to a monorepo #40

I'm... not 100% sure how I'll handle publishing yet but this is getting to be frustrating to balance tools and making sure it works in dev and prod. Integration tests would help with that for sure but also just the fact that npm link is so hit or miss in its execution I like, need to do something different. So, this is happening.

Now that this is a monorepo, I don't see a lot of value in keeping it a whole ass separate organization. Going to move to my personal GitHub.

I guess I kind of have a plan for deployment, it's not amazing so that houseplant thought is really starting to take shape...
