Is there a way to make it work on python 3.11.2 and poetry 1.3.2?

There probably is a way that would involve a lot of maintenance to bring dependencies up to date. But to be frank I started rewriting a better bot in Rust and probably won't update this project anymore, in part also due to its shortcomings. If you have time for it I would gladly review a PR.
