Hi, is the AfterFileMetaDataHasBeenRetrievedEvent available in solrfal incombination with TYPO3 V11?

Hi, I don't know to be honest. Currently I use solrfal for TYPO3 v10 and v12.

Nope, currently not, but we'll back-port that event and use it parallel with old signal to avoid BC on 11.0.x and support EXT:fal_securedownload 5.0.2+.
