Added info from "governance" & "funding model details" in Airtable - this info mentions the addition of Iceland, The Faroe Islands, and El Salvador, but I wasn't sure if I should add them in the table next to countries? I put Iceland in based on info from "funding model details" but left the other 2 off for now- i can add them later if need be
