Backdrop images are no longer loading on 2.0.11 #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgraded to 11
2. Add backdrop.jpg to the movie folder
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Backdrop images are no longer loading from the folder, it loads from the
web instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
