This is currently not building, but should be a decent start to CI tests, on GIthub.

With current emscripten, this builds on mac, linux, and windows (all x86_64.)

Well, it can be good to verify "Does this work on a fairly clean setup?" which in my mac-troubleshooting case, was helpful. It should be pretty automatic, so you can see if there are issues, right away.
