Add Aerodrome Briber Mog #1429

By offering bribing vaults for a few key high APY pairs we will be able to move more TVL onto Beefy that were previously bribing manually. The 40% was chosen based on @kexleyBeefy's strategy for JARVIS-ETH vLP Briber to keep the values consistent.

This includes pairs which I did the non-bribing versions of, minus doginme which already had a briber added to the API. Since I have contact with these communities I can handle marketing education to inform them about the differences between the bribing/standard vaults, and to promote Beefy as a platform in general to these new audiences.
