The settings should have the following dividers and existing preferences options

[ ] Languages
- [ ] Interface language as dropdown
- [ ] Languages filter as pillbox
[ ] Preferences
- [ ] Show bot accounts
- [ ] Show read posts
- [ ] Show Scores
- [ ] Show avatars
- [ ] Theme dropdown
- [ ] Prefered Subscribed/Local/All
- [ ] Sort preference
- [ ] Show NSFW
[ ] Notification settings
- [ ] Show notifications for new posts???
- [ ] Send notifications to email
[ ] Account security
- [ ] 2FA
- [ ] Password
- [ ] Delete account
[ ] Blocks
- [ ] Community/Instance/User blocks
