Include plugin to include TornadoVM sources in the final build

Description

Motivated by issue #469, this PR adds the plugin to build the TornadoVM sources as well. This is paired with updateMavenJarFiles script for the releases to push to our maven repo the source files. This change will be effective from the next release.
