can we run the pipeline with file formats other than mp4? #12

it seems like it matlab might be the limiting factor, since ffmpeg can handle basically anything look into this! if matlab is the limiting factor, what sort of file formats could it accept?

matlab supported file formats I don't think the FLV file format is supported :(

unfortunately, this seems to be the only limitation on file formats, since all the other steps of the pipeline are either run with ffmpeg or could be run with ffmpeg

I'm going to close this issue for now, but we can reopen it later if there's more work to be done here
