feat(app): add faq quick links

Add FAQ Quick Links: https://www.notion.so/goodidea/FAQ-Quick-Links-28300308ea114d2fa10a23a66165ced9?pvs=4

• creates FAQ page on Sanity Special Pages panel, adds new schema that replaces FAQ about page allowing for further customization
• copies over existing FAQ data to new sanity layout
• adds query parameters for deep-linking to FAQ sections i.e. ?category=sizing, ?category=shipping, ?category=gifting-general, ?category=appointments, ?category=return-exchanges
