As an ODL user, I would like to see the language indication for a program #147

This is stored in program.language. After discussion with Dimitra we have decided that this is not essential, but can be useful information for external users. The value is 'nederlands' for 99% of the programmes for which language is indicated (18% of the whole archive has a language indication)

I don't think there's much we can do. The presence of ASR would indicate at least some NL content, but says nothing about other languages. Perhaps something to save for if we look at detecting languages for ASR at some point?
