Current practice is that the SKOS concepts are retrieved from the open data endpoint. Because the GTAA is downloaded and refreshed periodically, it is not always in sync with the service layer, that in its turn is in sync with core. Thesaurus maintenance asked for this and it seems opportune to just get the concepts directly from the GTAA enpoint. https://gtaa.apis.beeldengeluid.nl/sparql
