Beeminder datapoints can be logged via SMS, which can be sent from the watch. Also, you can make iOS shortcuts and they can be triggered via Siri on the watch.
This post https://forum.beeminder.com/t/ios-is-open-source-again-request-for-feature-bugfix-requests/3620/6 hints at how to do this already using Shortcuts and the Beeminder API.
Meanwhile, #273 introduced support such that BeeSwift appears in Shortcuts. Shortcuts created there can be configured to be shown on the Apple Watch.
Request from Alex Strick van Linschoten! I have no idea how involved this is, if it's even under the purview of the iOS app, or what workarounds may exist with iOS Shortcuts (formerly Workflow).
