allow & and other characters in datapoint comments #283

A user of the ios app reports that datapoint comments including & character don't show the ampersand correctly. We're escaping it or something.

I'm not the original user, but here's a screenshot. All datapoints in the screenshot start with an ampersand and the last one was "& TBD". Hope this helps.
