Update to address XCode 14 and cocopods warnings #324

This fixes a number of warnings which occur when building with XCode 14 and running pod install. Specifically:

Pods targetting iOS versions below 11.0 (which is not supported)
Project settings recommendations from XCode
Project overriding certain config variables Cocoapods wants to set

Test Plan: Launched in simulator and clicked around
