User moved from Chicago to New York, changed their timezone in Beeminder, but then BeemiOS was confused for months until they finally logged out and logged back into the app.

steps to reproduce:

  1. log into BeemiOS
  2. change timezone of account in Beeminder at the website
  3. view the user's account's timezone listed in the app (still previous timezone)
  4. leave the screen, return to it; force quit the app, start it anew
  5. view the user's account's timezone displayed in the app (still previous timezone)
  6. sign out; sign in
  7. view the user's account's timezone listed in the app (now shows one set in Step 2)
