Hi folks! I'm the maintainer for the Android app. I'm excited for Apple widgets for a few reasons, but one is that I'd like to think about some tweaks or touchups to the Android widgets. Maybe we can work towards a "as-common-as-is-reasonable" set of widgets?
I assume Apple is pretty opinionated about how widgets should work and act, right? :) Is there a good link to a style guide on Apple's side? I have a developer account for some mac app stuff I do for another project, so links to private Apple things are fine too.
This is a good idea. (And, actually, let me DM you the PDF of the Android-iOS app comparison screenshots that Jon took earlier this year, too... Done.)
I could imagine having a widget for displaying a single goal, perhaps with just the graph and including more data as the user makes the widget bigger. Perhaps a user would fill a screen with a few favorite goals this way.

some ideas:
Very much looking forward to the upcoming major version release of BeeSwift (6.0?) with support for a handful of iOS 14 Widgets, just in time for the expected upcoming release of iOS 14.5.
So, this kind of fell by the wayside? Any chance of resurrecting it? I could take a look, though I'm no iOS programmer.
I'd say definitely still on the nebulous roadmap, but progress is slow. Very open to contributions!
iOS 18 has removed support for the Today View extension style 'widget'. The way forward is WidgetKit.
Widget request/idea:
"I’d like to be able to have a widget that shows each goal in “time to derail” order, complete with color and name."

iOS 14 has widgets, so let's make some widgets.
