Nicky's Preamble: Help Scout did a whole list of support tips, some of which I agreed with and some of which ought to be thrown in the bin, and one they suggested was to write a style guide. I think we have a lot of guidance on style, but it's not all necessarily in one place / called that. I was thinking... people seem to like it when we expose our moving parts like that, and it's been a while since we had a post about upside-down support. Maybe we could do a "Support Style Guide" for everyone's interest?
So I wrote up a bit of a draft to see if it seemed worth doing. It's not formatted anything like properly, but maybe I could get an etherpad document for it so I can mess with it more and see if we can turn it into something worth posting?

we have a nice collection at https://help.beeminder.com/article/171-background-reading [internal link] which could be a "related reading section" for the blog post maybe?
could link to https://blog.beeminder.com/curtain and https://blog.beeminder.com/barfingcats and https://blog.beeminder.com/upsidedown (is there a tag for all those?)
