Meta: Should we have a new tag that's similar to ZzZ in that it's deemed exempt from freshgishing but means "timeless tip of exquisite perfection that need not be changed"? Probably we don't want to actually use ZzZ (aka snoozed) because that would seem to suggest it's not a TOTD in active rotation.
