DB Migrations #10

I meant to put the user updates in a different branch but i messed that up in git.... Still not 100% sure of the setup but it mostly makes sense.

Anyway have a look and see if it makes sense. Allows basic login and registration to the site for testing purposes as I needed a user_id to assign campaigns to.

Also I have created the migrations to generate the tables etc. They should work fine but we might need to alter them later if we feel they are missing stuff or have too much.
