Include latest version of mac-registration-provider in beeper updates #26

Currently the mac-registration-provider bundled with the beeper app is old . Upon new release of mac-registration-provider they should be merged into Beeper Desktop so upon update it has the latest binary otherwise it will not work on new OS versions
