Nordic theme for Beeper #5

This theme applies the Nord color palette (https://www.nordtheme.com/docs/colors-and-palettes) to the default Beeper theme. It is heavily inspired by the Nordic GTK theme from @EliverLara (https://github.com/EliverLara/Nordic).

I LOVE v1 so far. I'd love to be able to theme based on the channel. Maybe I'll try to add some code to apply the CSS based on a chat network variable.
