User image not getting displayed #12

After uploading the image in the userProfile from admin page, the image uploaded successfully, but it not getting displayed.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Create user account from User tab
  2. Add additional information for the user from userProfile tab
  3. Upload the Image.
  4. After successful uploading of the image, select the image to open
  5. Problem occurs,
