New Category: Tutorial #10

A Tutorial is just a Markdown document with a bunch of metadata fields:

The fields would allow linking to the tutorial from a package name, a tag page, and so on.

I'm wondering if we should just generalize this to an "Article", and use the metadata to identify it as a blog post, a tutorial, an opinion piece, etc.

An article can now be assigned a type (in 2af30f99d3be3a10baf70c966cb8000e03a421ff), so we can close this.
