Add Liquid to Biotech as Maintainer #8

Please add liquidgithub as maintainer for Biotech. He will work on the MilkTill and other liquid machines.

Don't add liquid stuff we have a mod called Liquid Mechanics!

But you did say that Liquid could add his CowMilking machine to Biotech. Not sure if his Milk block has a place but a Milking machine does.

Oh you meant the PERSON Liquid! I thought you meant adding liquid stuff likes pipes XD. Nvm then, go ahead and merge your mods!

I am still not added as maintainer so i can't sync the stuff i merged!
