@jpwesselink love the names!:D
Nice, love the names as well :) Hopefully I can finally make it to the meetup for the March edition.
@jpwesselink are we ready for the 6th of October? I miss the BeerJS! :beers:
Yeah that would be something, wouldn't it :D
do we have a slack or another platform where we can chat?
For this, no not really, would it help to DM me on Twitter? https://twitter.com/jp10k
@jpwesselink you have to follow me back in order to be able to send you a DM!

@jpwesselink any updates about the meetup?
@AlexTes and me are available to maintain it! The next week there will be again NodeSchool so we can organize a meetup after that.
What do you think guys?
Yea I'd like to bring this back for a month or three to see if the community is still there. All we need is some meetup.com access and an ' π '. I can help organize. π .
Letβs do one on Dec 1st. Location ideas? On Thu, Nov 23, 2017 at 16:41 Alexander Tesfamichael < notifications@github.com> wrote:

we can do it at beertemple.. 10 mins walking from info.nl place. are you going to create the event on meetup? i can create it on facebook as well. (it would be nice also to create the dedicated page)
i've created the facebook page for beerjs amsterdam (https://www.facebook.com/beerjsamsterdam/) i've set @AlexTes as an admin. @jpwesselink are you on facebook? i can give access to you too.
ps: imho it would be nice to create the event on meetup.com before the weekend for better visibility!
Event is up at https://www.meetup.com/beerjs-amsterdam/events/245383630/
I'm not sure if we need FB to promote this, let's discuss this first.
@jpwesselink perfect, thanks JP π! Can we also get some of those awesome stickers, I love the stickers π. Let me know if you need help!

@jpwesselink thanks :tada: ! see you all on friday! :beers:
i saw that you have set up the starting time as 7 pm but in this way it's overlapping with the nodeschool.. imho is better to put 9pm as starting time so that it's clear that is happening after the nodeschool itself, because the last time we were just 6 guys till 9 pm so the RSVPs number on the event was not matching with the reality, that it can be a problem in case of reservations in pubs. (the last time they asked me an indication of people and i said that according to the event we were more than 20 people, but we stay there in just 6 for two hours until all the others came from the nodeschool) i think that 21.00 - 23.59 can be an optimal time to avoid any problems with RSVPs. just my two cents. :dollar:
Thanks for your input. In the past we've seen that being available right after work will also give non-NodeSchool attendees the opportunity to have a beer.
Since both good things in the world are something we should have once a month, I did some planning:
Planning 2017
'bear' + 'deer' === 'beer'
$ node beer.js
πΊ + πΊ === π»$ brew install πΊ
Planning 2018
