Feature request: response delay #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My TV has a high input-lag (300-500ms)

What is the expected output?
The lights should match the brightness on screen.

What do you see instead?
The light are flashing/changing even before I see any changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.4 (238cca1)

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to set a response delay manually, so that the lights and the movie are 
in sync.
