Can't Get It to work #77

What i did
1. Connect & Stick everything
2. Plug power and USB (2.0)
3. downloaded Prismatik for windows
4. Updated the driver
5. Restarted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What i see is the Lightpack turned on and shone a blue color but none on the 
small strip. Tried to reconnect still the same. None of the strip turned on. 
Prismatik says its on...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 8 64 bit. I got it from Kickstarter the Color Lover not really sure 
what version that is. But i did update the driver.

Please provide any additional information below.

I did download and installed the newest driver. Problem still there. Sorry for 
my english, not my 1st language

try to switch to Mood lamp mode:
Modes -> Mood lamp -> play with color

You have to manually add the extra lightpack in the software settings, by 
default its set to ten; increase the number to 20.

Thanks for the reply but Mood Lamp didnt work. Changed the color nothing 
happens. How do i add "extra lightpack"?

Fixed it. Prismatik must be run on Admin. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks Guys!!
