I was going to post a new bug on this when i saw this bug (4.5 year old!) here.

Especially when we're dealing with with multiple, repeating media such as boxed sets with vinyl, cd and bluray all in the same release, we need to have beets query by track id as well.

When i have a release such as this https://musicbrainz.org/release/8c1a5bd1-5f4c-400e-b21b-f642d98f113c i tag in picard first because i can drag recordings to thier matching tracks in the media that i've ripped which is bluray in this case. In this set it's disc 4.

Then i would expect beets to match by track number and display the bluray as selected and the other media as missing. However, it chooses the CD and displays the others as missing.

I feel this is a bug because beets does not behave as expected.
