I hope you are doing well.

Please note that there is a gap of around 15 minutes between the “successful” message in Tulip and the reception of the email and THE time shown at the email level. Note that Created at date in the email is in CET, and my Tulip screenshot is in CR time.

Could you please validate what happened?
