Yes, we still have pending issues, as since GO-LIVE in march 2023, we have not had access to automation on our BeezLabs Tulip platform, as you can see below:

It was reported that it was an access issue, but so far this issue has not been resolved.
As informed earlier, the automation was working as per the expectation and access was provided to the user as well. We identified that the reason for failure even after sending the necessary mails was that there was a small configuration issue in the constants of the automation and we have currently fixed this by updating the constants.
But we were not able to still test it as the expected run for the current month has already been completed. We will monitor the next month's execution and update you how the run has processed.

For the past two months, I haven't been able to run the automation because I still don't have access, but Koushik has been running it for me, I'm waiting for my access to be ready.
Regarding the automation of Brazil Regime Tool. I want to follow up with you to find out if you have had any problems with the automation or the way the automation works?
Also, can you please provide me with the quantity of hours that we are saving with this automation please?
