Inform data managers about recently uploaded datasets

During the last weeks, many datasets have been uploaded without my knowing. To ensure quality check and data harmonisation it would be helpful to be informed about recently uploaded datasets. What do you think? @sophiathirza @manxingxing @befdata

I've had the same problem (though not that often!). Adding the sorting of dataset by date added has helped me identify new datasets but still it would be helpful to have an email notification when new datasets are uploaded.
