Background #5

Create some soothing, non-distracting background animations for the site (gentle waves or pulses of color, evolving tree patterns, etc). Long-term these could share a color selector and there could be some easy way to choose between them on each page.

Changing the scope to just be a simple static background for now. I have some ideas of how to incorporate animation into the site
