I also noticed now that you added files to v15 folders (except ARK). Could you instead edit Readme.md files without the new folders and move x.dxvk-cache.md files?

Example: dxvk-caches/Tomb Raider/Tomb Raider/ ~~v15/~~ Readme.md and dxvk-caches/Tomb Raider/Tomb Raider/ ~~v15/~~ TombRaider.dxvk-cache.md

I thought you were going to stick with your original idea of keeping the files, so I created the v15 folders, that's why I created them, but np, fixed. :-)
