Changes images sources of Readme to absolute urls. #18

Meanwhile raw files are located on http://raw.github.com/. So I changed the image sources to absolute urls.

Thanks for pointing out the issue!

Looks like github changed the way they link to images internally. Perhaps we should use paths like illustration/logo.png instead so that forks of the project will point to their own images. I think github supports this relative path style now.

Do you want to try using relative image paths and resubmitting this PR?
