VOIP calls over 3G/EDGE dropped when iphone switched to WiFi #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be talking on Siphon over 3G while I'm walking home.
2. Iphone detects my WiFi and connects to it.
3. VOIP call drops.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to postpone switching to WiFi whilst I'm on a call. Or at least
stop the iphone from disconnecting from 3G and/or changing the routing
tables on me.

Please provide any additional information below.
This would probably have to be a hack using MobileSubstrate if it is even
possible. Any ideas?
