Still support 3.6 even without having pipeline for it. #61

We still have machines that use 3.6 and would like to use it with that version.

If something breaks we will test it by hand.

We are adding it mainly so that pypi will not refuse to install it on those older systems

@bittner Just to let you know, we had to add the python3.6 back. The pypi refused to install newer version on our older systems.

We are fine with it being unsupported and not tested in the pipeline but we need it still to be installable from pypi on older systems.

We are testing it on our side so if anything goes wrong on 3.6 we will fix it.
