Simple change for nodejs support #22

I used this file to inject nodejs support into the gulp built file and was able to build a test application in node that worked correctly. Let me know if there is anything you want me to clean up.

The library now supports Node.js. I'm closing this as a duplicate of https://github.com/behavior3/behavior3js/pull/12
