kinematic body joint issue #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Body Types demo
2. press the 'k' key to make the platform kinematic

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The jointed body gets "stuck" in the forward position after swinging back each 
time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest svn version on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
This is sort of a repost of issue 117, as the joint aspect of the issue is 
still there

Yeah, that is a demonstration of joint friction.
